Working Hours
Tuesay: 1:00am-12:00pm
Wednesday: 1:00am-12:00pm
Thursday: 1:00am-12:00pm
Friday: 1:00am-12:00pm
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to organize multiple people and tasks through written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with ticketing systems and alert management software is preferred.
- Background in information technology, degree or experience is a plus
- Work between departments to organize processes and exchange of information
- Experience with backup software, anti-virus solutions is a plus
- Basic understanding of network and server technology; DHCP, DNS, Hardware, Routing, Event Logging, etc.
- Must interface with technical leads, account managers, and project team in order to effectively communicate potential issues
- Must be available to work non-standard shifts such as weekends or evening/shifts
- Ability to comprehend complex problems and drive to root cause of issues
- Must be calm and provide measured response to stress and highly active situations
- Excellent people skills and excellent telephone manner
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and use new types of information
- Personal responsibility and reliability
- Adaptable to a continually changing and growing work environment serving clients to better their business
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing desktop or help desk support
- Intimate knowledge of all current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience in the IT Managed Service Industry, Labtech, and Connectwise experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute internal and client facing technical requests
- Document all work performed in ticketing system
