Client Experience Manager Ricky Brooks began working at IronEdge in 2014 as a Help Desk Technician and advanced into his current role as Client Experience Manager in 2019, where he ensures our clients receive top-notch service and support for all their IT needs. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems and has 7 years of industry experience. The Houston native has always had the curiosity to find out how things work—an interest that developed while working with technology at a young age. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys cooking, camping, fishing, gaming and anything to do with sports. As for his bucket list, he’s determined to catch a fish in every ocean.

With five years of marketing experience, Amy is skilled at breaking down complex concepts and shedding light on strategic IT solutions relevant to business owners. Outside of work, you’ll find Amy hiking, gardening, cooking up a flavorful healthy meal, photographing breathtaking landscapes and spending time with her husband and two rescue pups. As an outdoor enthusiast and avid horse lover, Amy is determined to go horseback riding in a new U.S. national park every year.

First Responder If you have a tech problem, Sean Dixon will find a way to fix it. Sean joined IronEdge in 2021 as a First Responder where he offers technical support for clients. With three years of industry experience and razor-sharp problem-solving skills, Sean is a pro at developing creative solutions that offer long-term stability for end users. He has always been a technical person who enjoys working on computers, making a career in technology a perfect fit. A native to Oregon, he has lived in many different places and is happy to call Texas home. In his free time, Sean enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, going to the gym, playing guitar, working on old electronics and fixing up his classic car. In the future, he’d like to travel the world, but, above all else, he is determined to build his career and care for his family and friends.

Christiaan De Nysschen
Data Analyst II Christiaan is our Data Analyst II and excels at building data driven reports for clients. His keen ability to problem solve enables him to create valuable data visualizations that drive business decisions. Born in South Africa, Christiaan made the move to the central coast of California where he became intrigued with the state’s booming tech industry. While living in The Golden State, Christiaan received his undergraduate degree in engineering management from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. It was during his MBA program where he became aware of the growing need for business intelligence experts within the tech industry and knew immediately that a career in tech would be the perfect fit. With a tech career in view, Christiaan moved to Houston and joined the IronEdge team in May 2019 where he contributes three years of industry experience. When he isn’t diving into data, Christiaan enjoys spending his time cooking, traveling and exploring the Lone Star State. In the future, you’ll likely find him in Germany, taking a hot lap on the Nürburgring in an Audi R8. One day, he’d like to build a cabin in the woods on a lakeside property.

Director of Security Services With 20 years of Information Technology experience, Rob excels at navigating the security landscape and fortifying IT environments with the latest cybersecurity solutions. As Director of Security Services, he strategically focuses on growing IronEdge’s security posture and building out solutions to ensure our clients stay secure. Rob found his calling in IT while working with computers in the military and went on to earn his bachelor’s and master’s degree in information systems. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching softball, playing a good game of golf, traveling and watching movies. As for future endeavors, Rob would like to travel the globe and spend time in Australia and New Zealand to soak up the picture-perfect landscape.

Technical Lead Best known for his incredible customer support and ability to troubleshoot issues with ease, Reyes is always eager to fix problems and get things up and running again. As Tech Lead, he sets aside time to mentor our first responders and offers front-line technical support for end users. Growing up in Houston, Reyes picked up an unmatched curiosity for discovering what happens behind the monitor. This interest led him to complete a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. He later join IronEdge in 2012 where he shares 15 years of tech experience. A true music aficionado, you’ll find Reyes playing his favorite musical instruments or sitting down to enjoy a live music performance. Aside from his musical interests, he also enjoys working on home improvement projects and traveling internationally. In the future, Reyes would like to see street musicians perform in Havana, Cuba.

Known for delivering exceptional customer experiences, Rebecca Greiser is skilled at identifying the best technology solutions to reduce downtime and help Texas-based businesses thrive. After working for nine years in the coffee industry, Rebecca ventured into Managed Services where she fell in love with the ever-evolving tech industry. Rebecca joined IronEdge in October 2021 as our Sales Executive where she shares over three years of technology services and solutions experience. Outside of work, Rebecca is actively involved in her church and always enjoys soaking up the great outdoors with her dogs by her side. As a native Houstonian and true foodie at heart, she’s your go-to person for restaurant recommendations and discovering the best eateries around town. As for her bucket list, Rebecca is determined to camp and hike the Appalachian Trail in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In the future, she would like to open a facility to provide counseling, legal and job placement services for women and children facing difficult situations.

A seasoned pro at tackling technical issues of all ranges, Andrew Kimberly excels at helping our clients’ day-to-day operations run efficiently. In addition to serving as a primary technical point of contact for clients, he also maintains documentation, policies, procedures and workflows to support our customers. Andrew’s curiosity for technology surfaced at age 12 with a fiery determination to play games on his old computer and learn the ins and outs of all computer parts. His passion for building and modifying computers combined with his eagerness to learn how everything communicates led him to pursue a career in networking and server administration. A Houston native with an Associates of Applied Science in Network Administration, Andrew joined our team in March 2019 where he contributes over six years of industry experience. Outside of work, you’ll find him working on DIY projects around the house, restoring his family’s 1966 Ford Mustang, messing around with tech gadgets and playing video games. A true foodie at heart, Andrew also enjoys trying new foods and restaurants with his significant other. As for his top bucket list items, Andrew would love to travel across Asia and Europe and has quite a few bucket list cars he’d like to own.

Lamin Koroma
Always scanning computer network systems to detect and resolve performance issues, Lamin Koroma is skilled at working through complex problems and identifying the root cause of tech issues. As NOC Engineer I, Lamin helps manage IT operations and network platforms, carefully monitoring system conditions and maintaining network security. Originally from the Sierra Leone region of West Africa, Lamin and his family moved to Prince George’s County, Maryland before calling Houston home. After earning his degree in Business with a concentration in finance, Lamin became attracted to the immense growth in the tech industry. He later joined IronEdge Group in October 2019 where he shares three years of industry experience. Outside of work, Lamin enjoys playing basketball, working out and spending time with family and friends. As for future endeavors, he is eager to earn new industry certifications, travel the world and live a healthy lifestyle doing the things he loves.

President At the age of eight, Ryan’s curiosity for technology led him to take apart a Tandy 1000 computer to determine how it worked. Today, that same passion for technology fuels his determination to make things work for his clients. With over 25 years of industry experience, Ryan focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience in everything IronEdge does by instilling a culture of service to all IronEdge team members. Prior to founding IronEdge in 2005, Ryan had IT experience in Technology Consulting for both large enterprises and small businesses. During that time, he developed a specialized emphasis in Healthcare Enterprise deployments and associated compliance. When he is not busy exchanging emails with clients or checking in on IronEdge’s current list of projects, he is most content spending his free time with his wife and three sons. As a person who loves to catch the next plane out, it’s no surprise that traveling to new destinations takes the first spot on his bucket list.

NOC Technical Lead Erich Late started working at IronEdge in March 2015 as a First Responder and joined the NOC team as Technical Lead the following year. When tech-related problems arise, Erich is first on the scene to troubleshoot and resolve them. With over eight years of IT industry experience, he is skilled at pinpointing the perfect solution for every IT need or complex concern. Erich first became interested in pursuing a career in technology after reading science fiction classic Neuromancer by William Gibson and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. Outside the office, the native Texan enjoys camping, fishing, video games and motorcycles. When it comes to bucket list items, restoring a 1970s BMW /5 motorcycle takes first place.

Beau LeBlanc
Associate Account Manager As Associate Account Manager with a focus in property management, Beau LeBlanc works primarily with our property management clients and provides support to over 100 different properties. His fascination with technology began the moment he started tinkering with an old broken laptop, determined to fix it. Never one to leave a problem unsolved, he dove down the rabbit hole of technical problem-solving and never looked back. Beau received his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston and joined IronEdge in December 2017 where he contributes four years of IT experience. As a native Houstonian, Beau enjoys great food, being with friends and family, golfing, bowling, biking and gaming. In the future, he’d love to go on a food tour through Japan.

Vice President, Houston Client Experience Ruben Lombrana has spent more than 25 years in the Information Technology industry. After graduating from The University of Texas at El Paso, Ruben worked as a civilian for the US Army at Ft. Huachuca where he began his networking and infrastructure career. After 5 years working for the Army, Ruben moved into the private sector, where he became an IT consultant. In May 2013, he joined the IronEdge team as a Vice President of Houston Client Experience where he works diligently to ensure clients are well taken care of and satisfied with their IT solution. Outside of work, Ruben is active in his church and loves spending time with his wife, three boys and two grandchildren!

His curiosity for technology and determination to get games up and running on old school computers led him to seek a career in the tech sector. Patrick went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Trinity University and began working at IronEdge in 2009. When he isn’t tinkering around with technology, you’ll find Patrick capturing moments with his striking photography, developing the next tasty food creation in his kitchen or engaging with others as a social media influencer.

Chief Operating Officer Andrew Moore has a history of building great operational systems. He has worked in the IT arena for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the successful building of several businesses into multimillion-dollar companies. With a background in security and technology, Andrew earned his degree in business management after working in IT consulting for many years. His fascination for building things and taking them apart to see how they work makes him feel right at home in the tech space. Andrew joined IronEdge as Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and works diligently to provide operational frameworks that create a scalable and repeatable baseline for company growth. He is passionate about creating a culture of service driven employees who love what they do and continue to learn each day. Outside of work, you’ll find Andrew singing in a band, woodworking, cooking savory meals and camping with his family. Above all else, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful daughter who calls Austin home, cheering his son on at high school basketball games and supporting his wife’s success as an application developer. When it comes to his bucket list, Andrew would like to visit Australia, restore a classic car, live in a scenic place and travel through time.

NOC Engineer I Manuel Moreira joined the IronEdge team in February 2019, and as NOC Engineer I, he excels at managing network platforms, IT operations and ensuring networks are functioning properly. With over three years of industry experience, he’s a pro at working with complex problems and identifying the root cause of IT issues. Born and raised in Houston, he’s always had an interest in technology, especially computers and programming. Manuel earned his associate degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Programming. In his free time, Manuel enjoys video games, music, art, programming, philosophy, role-playing games, as well as reading and creating fictional stories. As for future goals, he’d like to fully realize and create his fictional work, tackle database programming, learn to draw and play his bass in a live jazz band.

Project Manager David Sarfati’s 23 years of industry experience help him identify strategic solutions to accommodate client needs. David joined our team in March 2015 and works to ensure client’s businesses are set up for success. His previous experience working in the food service industry and learning the ins and outs of restaurant POS systems sparked his interest in a technology-focused career. Shortly after, he worked as a POS installer—and the rest is history! Outside of work, David enjoys working on his property out in the country and perfecting his savory smoked BBQ in true Texas style—He’d smoke a bowl of cereal if you let him. Aside from outdoor adventures, David enjoys spending time with his wife, their blended family of six children, two granddaughters and their loyal canine companion. David is not one to shy away from heights—skydiving, cliff diving and the feeling of free-falling are all thrilling-seeking items on his bucket list.

Director of Procurement Specializing in working with manufacturing and software vendors, Wayne is the go-to guy for overseeing procurement policies and managing distribution channels for IronEdge. He started with IronEdge in February 2020 and brings over 18 years of IT procurement experience to the team. From receiving his first Commodore 64 computer as a kid to building PCs as a student at Texas Tech University, Wayne’s fascination with technology runs deep. In his spare time, you’ll find him reading, playing video games with longtime friends, cycling at the park, practicing his trombone or creating his next furniture masterpiece in his woodworking shop. As for future adventures, you’ll likely find this native Texan hiking the mountainous terrain and coastal fjords of Norway.

Vice President of Managed Services As Vice President of Managed Services, Mark leads a team of more than 20 technicians and works diligently to ensure clients receive outstanding service. When technology throws a curve ball, he loves to jump in and troubleshoot the issue with his team. Mark started with IronEdge in October 2010 as a Desktop Support Technician, worked his way up to Service Desk Manager in 2015 and advanced into his current role in 2017. With two decades of industry experience and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Information Technology Infrastructure Library, he’s able to implement the latest IT best practices and navigate complex projects with ease. Mark’s love for service and fixing broken gadgets sparked his interest in the IT industry. After completing two years in seminary, he set out to work in the tech field. In his spare time, you’ll find him tending to his vegetable garden and cooking up a savory meal for family—he whips up the most unforgettable Texas-style chili you’ll ever taste. Above all else, he enjoys spending quality time with his amazing wife, daughter and their two pups. One day, Mark would like to own a small mountainside property and live off the land.

Growing up, Annie always knew she wanted to work in technology. She first discovered this interest while participating in her middle school’s robotics program and new a career in IT was meant to be. She went on to receive a computer engineering technology degree from the University of Houston and joined the IronEdge team in January 2020. With two years of experience in managed services, she knows how to provide great support to our clients. Outside of work, Annie loves to explore new cuisines and play video games with her friends. Data Analyst III Our data analyst master, Daniel, provides unique, vibrant and informative dashboards for our clients. His unique approach to data engineering, data analysis and dashboard design are what make him a standout Power BI developer. Growing up as the son of an CPA, Daniel knew he wanted to work with numbers—just not as an accountant. After some consideration and reflecting on his long-time passion for technology, analysis and helping others, he knew his career was information systems bound. Daniel received his degree in computer information systems and joined our team in July 2018 where he contributes five years of industry experience as our Data Analyst III. Outside of work, the San Antonio native enjoys video games, jamming out on the drums, watching TV and testing out production equipment with his wife. As for future endeavors, Daniel would like to spend several months in Spain and fully immerse himself in the unique culture.

Technical Lead III Jesse is IronEdge’s Technical Lead III and is dedicated to providing outstanding support for our clients and team members alike. 20 years of tech experience help him remediate end user issues quickly and guide the team through ticket management with ease. Jesse found his way into the tech industry thanks to an inspiriting high school teacher. He went on to obtain his associate degree in networking and joined the IronEdge team in 2007. When he’s not troubleshooting technical issues or providing oversight to ticket boards, you’ll find Jesse gaming or camping in the great outdoors. A true adventure seeker, Jesse would love to drive the famous Rubicon Trail for the ultimate off-roading experience. In the future, he’d like to road tripping up to Canada to explore the mountainous terrain.

Christopher Wroblewski
On-Site First Responder Equipped with six years of military IT experience, Christopher provides front-line technical support to our clients. As an On-Site First Responder, he specializes in troubleshooting server and network systems and delivering top-level support for our customers. Prior to joining the IronEdge team in 2021, Christopher served as a US Army staff sergeant in the military and was part of the first line of defense in Afghanistan looking for roadside bombs. After sustaining an injury, he joined the Signal Core where he became a Network Administrator, part of the backbone of communication for the US Army. Following his military retirement as a Purple Heart recipient, the Nevada native went on to earn his Computer and Systems Administrator Associate of Applied Science degree from Lone Star College. Outside of work, you’ll find Christopher painting a new masterpiece, playing video games or sitting down for a good board game. As for future endeavors, he’d love to travel around the world and visit historical sites in Japan, Rome and beyond.
