Meet the Panelists—Allison Vaughn and Carly Dugan

Co-founders and Managing Partners, Allison Vaughn and Carly Dugan, established Continuum Solutions in August of 2014 with a strong vision and committed passion to create a recruiting agency which would allow them to continue to closely manage their professional growth yet stay wholly invested in the lives of their families. Allison has been in the Recruiting industry since 2004, after graduating from Texas Tech University, with a dedicated focus on client management and business development. Carly began her career in staffing with her efforts dedicated to recruiting and talent acquisition since 2009 after graduating from the University of Houston.
