From a young age, Ryan liked to take things apart to see how they work. That same passion is now channeled into making things work for his clients. Ryan is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience in everything IronEdge does through instilling a culture of service to all IronEdge team members.
Prior to founding IronEdge in 2005, Ryan had IT experience in Technology Consulting for both large enterprises and small businesses. During that time he developed a specialized emphasis in Healthcare Enterprise deployments and associated compliance.
Ryan enjoys being an active member of EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), and when he is not busy exchanging emails with clients or checking in on IronEdge’s current list of projects, he is most content spending his remaining free time with his wife and three sons.

Tim Barto
Vice President, Business Development
Tim Barto brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and sales operations helping tech consulting firms grow in revenue and reputation. Tim has led teams responsible for more than one hundred million in new contract wins and multiple awards for charitable causes and outstanding service.
Tim is responsible for growing the IronEdge brand and driving new client acquisition strategies. He shares the firm’s servant heart and rounds out the leadership team’s mission to deliver the ideal client experience. Tim attended the University of Wisconsin a long time ago.
In his free time, Tim is involved in supporting non-profit organizations, including the Houston Food Bank. He enjoys traveling with his wife of more than 30 years and spending time with his two sons, both retired athletes and now gym owners in Cypress, Texas.

Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Moore has a history of building great operational systems. He has worked in the IT arena for over 17 years and has been instrumental in the successful building of several businesses into multi-million dollar companies. Andrew’s fusion of process development, data analysis and mentoring talented employees has provided the foundation for building strong and profitable organizations. Andrew has successfully implemented business intelligence practices into his organizations and has built a revenue generating department around BI services using Azure and Power BI.
Andrew has worked diligently to provide operational frameworks for his employers and clients that create a scalable and repeatable baseline for company growth. He is passionate about creating a culture of service driven employees who love what they do and continue to learn each day.
With a background in security and technology, Andrew gained his degree in business management after working in IT consulting for many years. He has focused on the building and development of IT consulting and services companies over the last decade. He has been asked to speak at many local and national conferences on business development, financial management and IT security.
Interests such as singing in the IronEdge band, supporting his Houston sports teams and training for endurance races occupy Andrew’s time. He also enjoys woodworking and collecting vinyl records on the weekends. Andrew has been married to his supportive and beautiful wife, Kelly, for 12 years. His family is active in Scouting with his son as well as being volunteers at their church in Cypress. They are proud to support their daughter, who recently graduated from Texas State University.

Ruben Lombrana has spent more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry. After graduating from The University of Texas at El Paso, Ruben went to work as a civilian for the US Army at Ft. Huachuca where he began his networking and infrastructure career. After gaining this valuable experience, he decided to move into the enterprise consulting space designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure for a variety of clients such as MCI, USAA, and El Paso Energy. It became clear to him that as important as or more important than technical acumen of the consultants, was the ability to communicate, set the right expectations, and ensure client satisfaction. With this in mind, Ruben moved into a management/account management role that focused on client satisfaction and retention, employee satisfaction and retention, and day to day operations.
Within IronEdge, Mr. Lombrana primary responsibility is for the assurance of quality service to our clients providing oversight on business workflow, client satisfaction, strategic business reviews, and business development.

Patrick Maese
Vice President, San Antonio Client Experience
Based in our San Antonio office, Patrick focuses on project development and the needs of IronEdge’s clients. With over 15 years in the IT industry, he also serves as a mentor for other team members.
After graduating from Trinity University in 2000 with a Bachelor in Computer Science, Patrick became a Senior Partner for an IT consulting firm where he oversaw the technical management of the company until the sale of the corporation in 2007. To ensure the ownership transition was as smooth and seamless as possible, he remained on staff as a consultant until he transitioned to his current role at IronEdge Group in 2009.
Patrick lives and loves technology with its shifting landscape and ever changing demands. When he’s not feeding his appetite for information, you can be guaranteed he is spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Daniel Arcement
Automation Manager
With a background in both Information Technology and Telecom, Daniel brings a full range of knowledge and experience to his role as Automation Product Manager at IronEdge. He is responsible for product planning and execution, gathering product and customer automation, and overseeing product development to ensure it supports clients’ needs as well as IronEdge’s overall strategy and goals.
A military-trained telecom expert and ITT Tech Grad, Daniel’s previous roles include IP Telecom Systems Engineer and Interior Communications Electrician. Armed with a passion for programming and automation, he’s fluent in Visual Basic, Python and Autoit.

Mark Sowden
Operations Center Manager
Mark has been with IronEdge Group since October of 2010. He started with the company as a Desktop Support Technician and worked his way up until he was named Service Desk Manager in 2015 and promoted to Operations Center Manager in 2017. He directly manages a team of more than 20 technicians and ensures service delivery is held to the highest possible standards. With over 12 years of experience as a technician he is also a resource for escalation and loves to get in and troubleshoot issues with his team.
Before working at IronEdge, Mark worked as a Systems Administrator in the Oil and Gas Industry for a Fortune 500 company. His experience working in a company that size has given him the ability to work with his team to implement scalable processes and procedures that have improved service delivery and increased efficiency within the IronEdge Service Desk.
When he isn’t working and learning new ways to make his team better, you can find him enjoying time with his wife and daughter.

Dan Mallard
Professional Services Manager
With over ten years of Information Technology experience, Dan has worked in multiple IT roles, including administrator, coordinator, supervisor, director, senior consultant and project manager. As a Project Management Institute Certified PMP, Dan has significant experience managing and consulting with mid-sized business technology operations and departments, ranging from companies with 60 employees to firms with over a hundred profit centers involved in several verticals.
Dan specializes in and enjoys bringing value and efficiency to his clients, managing projects under budget and on time, as well as exploring new technology to solve business problems. At IronEdge, Dan leverages his experience to oversee the professional services project team as well as directly interfacing with clients to successfully manage their technology implementations.
An honored student while at The University of the Incarnate Word, Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and also was a Dean’s List student while studying in Kansas State University – Salina’s Technology Management program. When not guiding client deliverables, Dan spends time with his wife and their two daughters.
