Do you know someone who needs help with their technology needs? Send them to IronEdge Group! If you refer someone who becomes a client — you can party on us! As a way to show our appreciation for your referral and our team onboarding a new client, IronEdge will award referrers a $250 Ticketmaster Gift Card and a $100 American Express Gift Card under the terms and conditions outlined below. It’s our way of saying thank you to all of our clients for trusting IronEdge and for sharing your experience and recommendation with others who want to propel their business forward with award-winning IT services and support.

The following terms and conditions apply to those participating as a referrer in IronEdge Group’s referral program.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

The IronEdge Group Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is offered as a reward for our current clients (“Referrer”) for recommending our services to your friends, family and connections who sign on to become an IronEdge client (“Referred Client”). By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referred Client is defined as a Texas-based business that has not previously transacted business with IronEdge and signs up for a recurring IT service package valued at $1,500 a month or greater, not including additional fees such as taxes and discounts. The contract length between IronEdge Group and the Referred Client must be a minimum of 12 months and the Referred Client must remain through their 90-day onboarding for Referrer to qualify for the reward. Failure to pay for services and/or termination by Referred Client will invalidate reward.

Referral Rewards

The Referrer will receive their reward following the Referred Client(s) 90-day onboarding. For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a $250 Ticket Master gift card and a $100 American Express gift card via email within 30 days if these Terms and Conditions are met.

All rewards are subject to verification and IronEdge may refuse to process any Referral that violates the Terms outlined here. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

Eligibility and Restrictions

Referrers will receive a unique QR code allowing them to refer new connections or prospective clients that they personally know. By participating in the Referral Program, a Referrer represents that he or she has prior consent to provide Referred Client contact information

At this time, the Referral Program is currently limited to clients and contacts in Texas.

Note: we are not able to guarantee the referral reward if your referral does not register using your unique referral link. To receive recognition, please ensure he or she uses your unique referral link.

No Spam

Referrers must respect the nature of the Referral Program by not engaging in spamming or other problematic practices, such as annoying or pestering potential referral sources.

Modifications

IronEdge Group reserves the right to cancel our Referral Program or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
