Meet Lamin Koroma! Lamin is our NOC Engineer I and an expert at scanning computer network systems to detect and resolve performance issues. When complex problems arise, he’s first on the scene to help identify the root cause of the issue. I’m a NOC Engineer and started working at IronEdge Group in October 2019.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
What inspired a career path in technology?
The immense growth of the tech industry inspired me to pursue a career in IT.
Did you get a degree? If so, what was your major?
Yes, I majored in Business with a concentration in Finance.
What hobbies/interests do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside or work I enjoy playing basketball, working out and spending time with friends and family.
What’s on your bucket list? Any goals or dreams you’d like to share?
I’d like to obtain industry certifications, travel the world, and live healthy.
What do you like most about your job at IronEdge?
The people I work with. Hands down the best environment I’ve ever worked in. Also, the knowledge and education I receive. But, that’s because of the type of people I work with.
