Case Study – South Texas Money Management
In 2014, South Texas Money Management needed to relocate their corporate headquarters from Olmos Park to downtown San Antonio. IronEdge Group was contracted by South Texas Money Management to oversee the relocation during the planning stages. IronEdge coordinated office and furniture layout, low-volt design, electrical requirements, environmental considerations and new equipment solutions.
The Professional Services Team at IronEdge adjusted the design plans to meet the operational needs of the client and, in turn, saved costs by reducing over-engineered electrical and low volt designs.

During the execution of the project IronEdge Group worked closely with 3rd party architects, construction engineers, and contractors to ensure the relocation was on schedule and within budget. To prevent an interruption of daily operations, IronEdge Group worked with internet and telephone providers to complete the move outside of normal business hours. Finally, IronEdge Group streamlined South Texas Money Management’s network with the addition of new equipment, including ﬁrewalls, switches and access points. South Texas Money Management now has a higher level of insight into the health and utilization of their network environment.
