Meet the Panelists

 

Allison Miller, CPA, Senior Manager

Allison joined ATKG in 2017, coming in with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience from the Big Four and a great background in retail, non-profit, and wealth management. A member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs, Allison also serves on the Leadership Council of the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University. She’s presented “Tax Update & Succession Planning in the Family Office” to a family office organization in San Antonio, TX and even participated as a panel member for a tax and estate luncheon for Cantera Capital Partners of Raymond James.

 

 

 

A.J. Sturm, Partner

A.J. joined ATKG as a principal in August 2017 and became a partner in January 2019. He graduated with High Honors and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. A.J. has over 20 years of experience, 13 of which entailed running his own CPA firm. While his business acumen is broad, his areas of expertise are in financial statement reviews, business tax compliance, internal control analysis and litigation support. From an industry perspective, A.J. has extensive experience in real estate, construction, professional services, retail, not-for-profits and foundations. He is a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of CPAs.

 

 

 

Diane White, CPA, Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager at ATKG with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, Diane is heavily involved in recruiting efforts and is responsible for evolving ATKG’s client service model to create a unique experience. Diane is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from The University of Texas at San Antonio and brings many years of accounting experience and a deep knowledge of the real estate, construction, retail, and professional services industries to ATKG. Never one to sit still, Diane is an active member of the CREW San Antonio chapter, graduated from the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Development program and the Texas CPA Society San Antonio Leadership Advantage program, and has participated in that organization’s Institute for Developing Excellence in Accounting Leadership.
