We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with basic computer component knowledge that wants to grow their skills in the IT industry. As the IT Procurement Specialist, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to deliver quoted solutions according to customer needs. This position also provides logistical support with inventory management and computer prep.

Essential Functions

• Create outstanding customer experiences every day  
• Working in an office environment
• Continually learn, grow and participate in training opportunities – Get certifications with Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, and more. 
• Aid in the preparation of onboarding computer assets in conjunction with the services team 
• Effectively manage daily administrative tasks 
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of quotes according to customer needs and objectives 
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the account managers 
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed 
• Provide logistical support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two plus years related experience
• Basic Knowledge of IT Hardware/Software 
• Weekend and evening work is possible due to projects and client issues
• Experience in Excel
• Ability to define time requirements based on complex tasks is essential
• A+ Comptia Certification (current) is a plus
