Responsibilities for the Marketing Associate

• Effectively manage daily administrative tasks and organize calendars
• Conduct market research and identify new advertising opportunities
• Work with the Marketing Coordinator to generate digital and print advertising material
• Manage and monitor the company’s social media presence
• Assist with the planning and execution of internal and promotional events
• Procure promotional products
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create content for email campaigns, social media and event promotion
• Assist in the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Qualifications for the Marketing Associate

• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• 0-2 years experience in marketing or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Familiarity executing effective social media campaigns
• Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally

*Our team is currently remote, due to Covid-19. This is likely to change in 2021, as in-person events start back up, etc. Sales and Marketing events will be mandatory for this position.
