"IronEdge is the fourth outsourced IT support company we've worked with. The challenge I've experienced with other support firms is that they were either too small or too big. If the company is small with only one or two people and ten clients, when one client is experiencing a disaster and another has a problem, they just don't have the resources to work on it. I think our needs are pretty complex. We've got multiple offices linked with VPN and a virtual environment as well. Then, we have another server at a different location. It's a fairly complex setup and there are also many licensing issues with our software. IronEdge manages all of that for us. If something is acting up or if we need an upgrade, IronEdge contacts our vendors to handle the issue without needing to go through me. If the internet goes down at any of our locations, we call IronEdge and they handle it. Before working with IronEdge, I had to handle most of the IT operations. Now, I can focus on other things required of a CEO and rest assured that our information technology management is in good hands. For me as a business owner, this is priceless.

The preventative maintenance that ManagedIron provides is great - we rarely have problems. It's hard to "wow" someone in what they do because it's preventative. It's easy to forget that they're a great support company when everything is just running smoothly. I have recommended IronEdge to several people. They aren't "yes" men - they won't just say what they think you want to hear. Their pricing may be a little higher than others, but it's money well spent because the job will be done right. With other companies I've worked with in the past, it's been all about lower pricing, but in the long run you have to spend more money to fix all of the problems caused by their lack of knowledge."
